44 Consulting Group is a group of consultants who provide professional match-making services in the commercial real estate and architecture fields. I designed the logo and the website.

Logo Design Process

This was a no-brainer, so I only have a few iterations. The “U” makes the entire building look like a padlock, which is suitable for real estate and the company’s vow to keep her networking confidential.

Round 2 - Final Design

The client liked the initial concept and design. She just wanted me to refine it and finalize the little details.

Website Design Process

First Iteration:

My client told me to use the same style as CRE Confidential to build Architecture Confidential. I used property project images to create the exquisite vibes.

Second Iteration:

My client told me that it was too dark, so she told me that she wanted to see a white website. I used pictures that had lighter colors to create a warm tone for the website.

Final Iteration:

The client copied and pasted the CRE Confidential website, but I tweaked the font, layout, and button shapes to create a more user-friendly design.
