About:
Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices is a multi-conglomerate, luxury real estate firm. As a Graphic Designer and Marketing Coordinator, I supported a high-volume, fast-paced marketing operation — delivering branded design solutions across a large network of real estate professionals.

Collaborated within a 2-person marketing coordination team alongside one Co-coordinator, Norma Gonzales.
Challenge:
Manage and fulfill daily marketing requests from a roster of 140+ real estate agents, consistently meeting tight, overlapping deadlines while maintaining high design quality across all deliverables.
My Process:
I implemented a priority-based workflow system to manage the high volume of incoming marketing requests received via email. Requests were triaged chronologically — addressing the oldest submissions first — while strategically scheduling larger, complex projects to ensure completion well within their 2-week deadlines. This system allowed for consistent throughput without compromising quality under pressure.
Result:
By establishing a structured deadline management system, I consistently delivered a full suite of high-quality marketing materials — including flyers, brochures, booklets, postcards, and Comparative Market Analyses (CMAs). I also developed custom personal brands and logos for individual agents and agent groups, contributing to a measurable increase in each agent's sales performance by 15–30%.

Letter-sized Flyers
8.5” x 11”; I worked with both matte and glossy paper.
Tabloid-sized Brochures & Booklets
17” x 11”; I worked with both matte and glossy paper on InDesign. I also used Adobe Photoshop to brighten photos and bring out the color in property images.
Postcards
I custom-made a data visualization for Micheline Vargas and Luisa Rengifo. I also exported these postcards as mailers to another company to print and distribute to target residents.
Social Media Marketing
I came up with social media marketing strategies and graphics for posting on Instagram.
Custom Work
I made custom notecards, business cards, and door hangers for real estate agents.
Competitive Market Analysis (A.K.A. C.M.A.s)
I printed, assembled, and bound listing presentations (A.K.A. C.M.A.) in under 30 minutes of a deadline.
Floor Plans
I edited floor plans with Adobe Illustrator to fit on one sheet of paper and attached appropriate disclaimers.
